politicide bleibt seiner Vorreiterrolle gerecht und hatte still und heimlich die Vertrauensfrage schon letztes Jahr gestellt. Im Gegensatz zu manch Anderem ist sie für uns positiv ausgefallen und so haben wir jetze unseren zweiten Labelsampler ins digitale Nirvana geschossen.

politicide als häßlicher Cousin der Netlabelszene bringt mal wieder zusammen, was anscheinend nicht zusammen gehört und es blühen die Audiolandschaften. Immerhin. Die üblichen Verdächtigen sind ebenso mit dabei wie auch "Geistfrei"& "Dorntec" (http://www.acedia-music.org) und Lips Vago von http://www.afe-records aus Italien, letztere nach der 4 CD-Box "Teddybear" vielleicht ein Begriff.

Ambient-Urgestein "tarkatak" (Achtung: demnächst neues Album auf Geneseungswerk!) findet sich neben den Sixties-Rockern "fanman" und den deutsch-niederländischen Punkern von "nobby and the impregnators", deren Sänger letztes Jahr eine Punkrockshow auf MTV/NL moderieren sollte, aber... ach lassen wir den Tratsch. Der fanman-Drummer wird übrigens regelmäßig nach NYC ausgeflogen um dort bei US-Garage-Bands zu trommeln. Oje, doch wieder Tratsch.

Von der letzten Mercedes-Benz-Compilation sollte Florian Filsinger noch bekannt sein, der natürlich auch wieder mit am Start ist und bei dem ich mich ernsthaft frage, warum der eigentlich noch nicht gesigned wurde.

Und vom Tratsch zum Trash ist es nur ein kleiner Schritt, mit dem ich jetzt alle in Richtung http://www.politicide.org oder http://www.archive.org/audio/audio-details-db.php?collection=politicide&collectionid=poli_050 entlassen möchte.

Lips Vago, also known as the afe-man form afe-reocrds, starts the compilation with an atmospheric trip through melodic pads and slow beats.

Dorntec, many-sided musican, presents also a slow beat with a wonderful melody, grabbing ya brain. After the first part of the song "son of a beach",

Florian Filsinger created a continuation, more powerful and full of emotions. somebody called it dream-pop.

Stop the electronic, this is punk. Don´t understand the text, but it ´s fast and tastes good: Nobby and the impregnators with the song "Leatherface":

Thinnerism-like dubbed version of Florian Filsingers Song "Mangold", remixed by nobody lower than acedia-music labelbrain Geistfrei.

A trash live version from Salamandroids last concert of the song "Stromfall", many filters and a guitar have been used.

Tarkatak presents a nine minutes opus, full of ambient and a a mouth full of dronebeats. Nice tip: his coming album at Genesungswerk.

Sixties rock at it´s best: Fanman presenting with "stranded" a feeling of a whole gerneration.

Fx versus doublebass: The Haina! demands his neighbor Boris to play the bass, recorded it and made a nice background noise from it. I love the title of this track.

The End of this compilation is part one of the coming rock-opera "Tony Torpedo" by Mario F. and the wonderfull singing Doreens. I ´ll call them the german Franz Ferdinand.
